Our standard method of delivery for UK and Northern Ireland orders is either Royal Mail 48HR tracked post or via Courier - you should receive your goods within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch confirmation. You also have the choice of upgrading the postal method to our express service, which is Royal Mail 24HR tracked - you should receive your goods within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch confirmation. We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of you placing your order.
FREE Standard UK and N Ireland Delivery is available on orders for jellyfish and air plants, on orders over £35 for jewellery and over £50 for anything else.

Certain products have longer dispatch times. When dispatch times vary to our standard terms, estimated dispatch timescales are shown within the products description. Please note that personalised products can take from 2 to 4 weeks to be hand crafted.
All our European and Rest of the World deliveries are made using tracked international services.
Expected delivery times for in stock items:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 10 working days from the due date of delivery in the UK and N Ireland and 20 working days from the due date of delivery for Europe and 25 working days for the Rest of the World. If it is discovered that an incorrect address has been supplied we will not be liable for the failure to deliver.
Please Note: Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your order in line with our terms, there may be times when the Royal Mail or the Courier service we use fail to deliver in line with their own terms (eg, due to Covid 19 staff shortages) and we should not be held responsible in these circumstances as the situation would no longer be in our control.
